As of today we have implemented a new innovative way to allow 4eLife members to provide site administrators with valuable suggestions and feedback on how to improve our website. It is very important that we know the needs of our member base.

This added feature helps us to build better relationships with our members by making their feedback a catalyst for our business by:

By going right to the source. By receiving feedback, the 4eLife team will be able to make better informed decisions on what we deliver to our members.

2) Strengthening our online reputation

Members will always be talking about the experiences they've had with our site. Be a part of that conversation by giving your ideas and suggestions a place to reach 4eLife administrators, share your ideas and connect.

3) Avoiding missed opportunities

Most members will look elsewhere if they don't feel like someone is listening to their needs. Suggestions will ensure those members know we're listening and will build the loyalty we need to increase our customer retention.

4) Improving what you do

Every Webmaster asks this question frequently, "How can I improve the site?" Suggestions is an efficient and effective way to capture the insight 4eLife need from the people we are catering to … members like you.

A Feedback button is available on every page on the site within the footer and allows members like you to quickly post your Suggestions.



BASIC MEMBER FEATURES

Members can add their suggestions. These will become available for others o view and Admin to Review.

Members are notified when Admin responds to their suggestion.

Members are notified when Admin change the Status of their suggestion.

Members can tag a Suggestion as Liked.

Multiple ways of Browsing, By Popular, Recent, Implemented etc.

Search functionality to allow members to easily navigate existing suggestions before making their own


ADMIN RESPONSE

4eLife administrators will post official responses to a suggestion (displayed prominently and separately from regular comments) and mark a suggestion as Under Review, Coming Soon, Future Planned, Implemented or Not Planned.

The feature as all 4eLife features will be upgraded with additional features as and when they become available so don't delay, Get Your Voice Heard by 4eLife and add your great ideas and suggestions for future additions to the 4eLife experience.
